About the Job

Techpro Global Ghana Limited is seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales & Product Manager to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product innovation, and market strategy ideal for a professional who thrives on turning market insights into successful products and strong revenue growth.

You will play a key role in shaping product direction, driving sales performance, and building long-term client relationships that fuel business expansion. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility between office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities through research and customer insights
  • Lead the development, launch, and positioning of new products
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to optimization and scaling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product development with market demand
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for improved results

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development, product launches, and market research
  • Strong background in client relationship management and product lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated success in sales and/or product management roles
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in mathematics and understanding of basic financial principles.
  • Deep product knowledge and creative approach to sales and marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to analyze target markets and conduct competitive research.
  • Persistent and flexible approach to challenges.
  • Preferred: Experience with database management and familiarity with accounting or business software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
