As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and technically inclined Inside Sales & Pre-Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline within the CRM.
  • Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Pre-Sales

  • Understand customer business and technical requirements.
  • Design ICT solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), solution proposals, and presentations.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and distributors for pricing, technical specifications, and solution validation.
  • Support the sales team during customer meetings and solution discussions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in:

  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • Telecommunications
  • Business Administration (with strong ICT background)
  • Marketing (ICT preferred)

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in ICT Sales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development.
  • Experience working with System Integrators, ICT Solution Providers, or Technology Companies.
  • Experience preparing technical proposals and quotations.
  • Understanding of procurement and tender processes.

Technical Knowledge

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will have an advantage:

  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
