As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and technically inclined Inside Sales & Pre-Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline within the CRM.
- Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Pre-Sales
- Understand customer business and technical requirements.
- Design ICT solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), solution proposals, and presentations.
- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors and distributors for pricing, technical specifications, and solution validation.
- Support the sales team during customer meetings and solution discussions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Telecommunications
- Business Administration (with strong ICT background)
- Marketing (ICT preferred)
Required Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in ICT Sales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience working with System Integrators, ICT Solution Providers, or Technology Companies.
- Experience preparing technical proposals and quotations.
- Understanding of procurement and tender processes.
Technical Knowledge

- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
